mobsterone
TuesdayThe plan was to do a bit , more volume work on the RT as this is the approach that seems to be favored by the better RT lifters. BUT... damn my weights are heavy compared to the gyms Cassell weights. I'd be told they are under but the difference that made today was huge. Hence adjustments*Rolling Thunderwarm ups with 60-kilos x 8 reps @, 100-kilos x 3 reps @ thenL/H: 131.25-kilos x fail*, 126.25-kilos x 3, 3, 3 and 6 (!) repsR/H: 136.25-kilos x fail*, 131.25-kilos x 3, 4, 4, 4

mobsterone
Standard 45-degree. This ones got roller wheels rather than linear bearings but has a long loading pin. I've done 765 on video and 850 x 3 on this machine (got someone heavy to stand on it). I've not used knee wraps for ages.
burkhardmacht
Would You rate this roller wheels harder than linear bearings? I have one with linear bearings - putting over 700kgs on this would be just crazy - at least for me... In my first gym I used a leg press where the movement of the weights were guided with tracks! The weight went down slowly because of the resistance caused by the tracks - so down was pretty easy but the other way You have to add the resistance to the weights loaded. 150kgs were hard to do - it was just rediculous!!
