dumbbell flies 3 sets 8 reps 60lbs

the flask 3 sets 4 reps 162.5lbs attempted 185lbs got a few inches off the ground and it slipped out of my hands. Then lifted 182.5lbs to lockout for a 2.5lbs PR. Weights don’t include flask and loading pin.
