chin ups 3 sets 6 reps 82.5lbs

face pulls 3 sets 10 reps 170lbs

Thanks man. It’s slow going but I keep getting stronger and stronger. Closed a 3.5 this week I remember when I wasn’t sure I would ever close my 3.

Congrats on smashing the CoC 3.5 - IMO, a 3.5 close is one of the best milestones in grip!

I read that you could "only" rep the 1.5 when starting and now you're closing the 3.5.

That's great to see, huge leap achieved with consistent work, well done.

Congrats on the PR. You must be good for 175lbs with the pin+handle. The new RT's are tough imo(until they spin less 😁)
