I used to use them all the time from the knees but never got it from standing position. I got ok at roll outs with a wheel in each hand... Really works the core. In my opinion, it doesn't worth doing it standing. Maybe I wasn't doing it perfectly, but doing it standing felt more like a shoulder exercise to me.
