attempted some of my heavier grippers today and it didn’t go good haha 

hg300 10 reps right 4 reps left 

standard titanium failed right ghp7 1 rep left 

coc 3.5 failed right ghp7 1 rep left 

grip genie 6 failed right ghp7 1 rep left 

cobalt 1 rep right hg300 5 reps left 

coc 3 3 reps right hg300 4 reps left 

ghp7 3 reps right hg300 3 reps left

When you use the ab wheel do you do them from the knees?

 

I used to use them all the time from the knees but never got it from standing position.  I got ok at roll outs with a wheel in each hand... Really works the core. I think i'll start throwing a few sets in.

Yes I do them on me knees. Never tried standing before.

~10 years ago I used to do them both. In my opinion, it doesn't worth doing it standing. Maybe I wasn't doing it perfectly, but doing it standing felt more like a shoulder exercise to me. If it's about the abs, I got more of it doing it on my knees slowly, focusing on my core.
