Thanks. I want it to be really easy when I cert. my plan is to cert once I am closing my cobalt from A CCS.

I think that’s the first time I have actually worn it proper and it felt really good. Pretty sure I used to pull it up too close to my shoulders this time it was partly over my elbow

It really helps with that. A few years ago I used the slingshot frequently, and I saw three main benefits:

1. As you said, it helps to alleviate shoulder problems. Basically, you don't have to stop benching. 
2. If programmed well, it gives you a killer lockout (because it doesn't help much at the lockout part of the lift).
3. The nervous system gets used to bigger weights. Slingshot or not, you needed to hold/move/rack that weight. This is a big thing mentally as well.

cable rows 4 sets 12 reps 170lbs 

chin ups 3 sets 6 reps 85lbs

rolling thunder 3 sets 9,9,8reps 159lbs 169x1, 174x1(PR) been a long time since I got a PR on the rolling thunder

Yeah I think I’m on week 3 or 4 down about 11lbs body weight every week my bench gets worse though
