I think your workouts are awesome, but if the time thing bothers you, you can use a kitchen timer between sets. I did that a lot in the past. Tried the wrist wrench, a different rolling handle, a wide pinch block, the flask, the LBH, the hub, some stupid little ball thing. Hit a PR on the hub though.
