I waste a ton of time. I could do it way faster if i was a bit more focused and a bit less lazy.

what do you mean, it seems like you get a lot of work done in an short amount of time.

do you workout alone or with someone? 

I know when I workout at home some times its hard to get motivated. But I'm always against the clock

So I have to stay focused

I work out alone and at home.

I think your workouts are awesome, but if the time thing bothers you, you can use a kitchen timer between sets. I did that a lot in the past. Very efficient, but not necessarily that fun.

a couple weeks in a row of weaker gripper workouts hopefully I am back to normal strength when the mm1 gets here.

skipped any grip work since I worked up to a max on like 7 different handles with Bigfoot grip yesterday. Tried the wrist wrench, a different rolling handle, a wide pinch block, the flask, the LBH, the hub, some stupid little ball thing. Hit a PR on the hub though. 
 

OHP 3 sets 5 reps 142.5lbs 

DB hex press 3 sets 6 reps 85lbs

thumbless reverse grip curls 3 sets 6 reps 112.5lbs 

skull crushers 3 sets 6 reps 112.5lbs 

seated cable flies 3 sets 8 reps 110lbs
