Finally the 18th rep, one step closer to the interim goal of 20x95kg.

Shortly I'll start doing grippers again.

Because of the issues with my left shoulder, which I did hurt when I went beyond 130.

I can still feel it so actually I don't want to train with weights over 110kg again.

At least at the moment.

Franky, how long are your gym workouts? It seems like you get in, work one or two movements, and get out.

Matt, I train at home not in a gym.

The workout yesterday lasted about 90mins and thats roughly the average.

I do quite many warmup sets (like 2x20kg,40kg,60kg,80kg,90kg,100kg mixed with situps) before the actual training.

It also included a couple of sets with the climber curl device.

Yesterday a shot at 10@10x100kg on the bench.

I flopped with just 8 reps in the 8th set and stopped there. :flame

=99 reps nice.

Goal was 5 sets @ 10x102.5kg but the 5th set was still not too hard so I checked how far I'd come.

The 'hot spot' in my left shoulder was a bit worse than usual, so I'm really happy I came through this.

MM2 x 4,4,3

Just starting again.

5@10x105kg was the goal, just barely got the last rep in the 5th set.

Tried grippers but stopped after the 2nd set with the MM2...
