Bending

Reversed 3 60ds

Reverse 5/16x6" bolt

What grade of bolt?

The bolt was a fully threaded one so not graded but I have one I plan on bending maybe today which is the south african equivalent of a grade 5 il attach a picture

That's some nice bending...my reverse style is horrible...I'd be lucky to bend a crayon reverse...much respect

Wrist developer worked up to level 14 and reversed a few 60Ds to prepare for Wednesday when I get some calibrated stock 120kg-183kg bolts and crs.

Today felt off, felt weak. Maybe my body doesnt like a weeks rest.

Reverse bending session

Worked up to level 14 on the wrist developer felt easy!!!

Reversed 5 or 6 60Ds back to back for volume

Reversed 5/16x6" bolt to 10degrees.

Calibrated stock didn't come today unfortunately but as soon as it comes the 128kg 6" CRS is going down!!!

Yesterdays reverse bending

128.75kg CRS 6" to 45 degrees x1

Tried another one straight after and got it to 30 degrees

Next time i will finish of the 30 degrees bar and then go on to the 166kg bar. :grin:

Prepping for some heavy reverse bending Wednesday. 166kg grade 5 bolt is going down!

Crom spring-

level 6 - 2 reps

level 7 - 1 rep

level 8 - just miss

166kg OF grade 5 bolt attempt, no movement yet but soon!

WD2 Crom spring 1 rep level 6 and 1 rep level 7

Reversed about 5 60Ds back to back

Reversed 60D in one imps and barehand crushed it down

1x128.75kg crs 6" reverse bend

Iron grip bars 65kg-120kg should arrive Monday for me to try!

Got a lovely new black spring in the post today from Artee , thanks buddy!

Wrist developer black spring worked up from level 3-7

Reversed a few 60Ds in one imps

Reversed a 128.75kg 6" by 8mm crs steel bar in one imps to 30 degrees. This hurt!!!

Sledge work at roughly 10" along handle from weight. Used empty dumbell, put weight on one end and lifted from other end at the end of the handle.

All reps using forward technique

11lbs 5 reps 3 sets

13.75lbs 3 reps

16.5lbs 1 rep

19.25lbs 1 rep just got this

Iron grip 75kg bar bend

Iron grip 85kg bar bend

Then some wrist developer stuff, going to try the 90kg bar sometime this week!

Have injured my thumb recently though. Reversing the 60Ds in one wrap opened up a wound in my upper thumb where I use to bend steel, absolutely kills!

Also did some bench, worked up to 120kg bench

I was stuck at 125-130kg 1rm for over two years.

Started to hate benchpressing.

I was doing it wrong.

A few months ago I started doing this and 130 is easy now.

Im not far away from gettting 140 now!

Also, my shoulders dont hurt anymore :D

Did a set of 20 reps on 80kg today.
