Reversed 5 or 6 60Ds back to back for volume Reversed 5/16x6" bolt to 10degrees. Calibrated stock didn't come today unfortunately but as soon as it comes the 128kg 6" CRS is going down!!! Used empty dumbell, put weight on one end and lifted from other end at the end of the handle. Have injured my thumb recently though. Reversing the 60Ds in one wrap opened up a wound in my upper thumb where I use to bend steel, absolutely kills! I was doing it wrong. A few months ago I started doing this and 130 is easy now. Im not far away from gettting 140 now! Also, my shoulders dont hurt anymore Did a set of 20 reps on 80kg today.
