As to bending ive slightly injured a nerve on my left hand so letting that heal! Nice pull with the extreme! Cheers dude gonna get 300lbs soon! Went from 100kg -150kg testing it out Today grippers and bending HG300 x 2 overcrushes COC#3 1mm of close 4 sets Kerkhaert size 1 heart Bent to 180 degrees then flattened into an S and then removed the wraps and bent it into a heart barehanded, ouch! 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
