Barbell deadlifts with fat gripz extreme - made the bar about 3.25"

70kg 5 reps

80kg 5 reps

90kg 3 reps

100kg 2 reps

110kg 1 reps

115kg 1 reps

This means I can pull atleast 115kg on axle if I can pull this much on a 3.25" bar?

Push press

60kg 5 reps

70kg 3 reps

75kg 1 rep

80kg 2 reps

Was too knackered by this point

Grippers-

HG250 few reps warm up

HG300 single overcrushes 3 sets

#3 choked closes 3 sets of 1 rep

Bending-

Warm up

- 2 easy 60Ds reversed to 90degrees

Working-

Hard 60D reverse to 50 degrees

5/16"x6" bolt reverse to 50 degrees

Im getting back into grippers too, in about 5-6 weeks :)

Gonna squeeze them alittle during these 5 weeks to get the feel for it again.

Im ccsing coc3 this year!!!

Just doing grippers a couple times a week and it seems to be working and am stronger than I was before!

As to bending ive slightly injured a nerve on my left hand so letting that heal!

Nice pull with the extreme!

Cheers dude gonna get 300lbs soon!

Bending workout after a week or so of rest

Wrist developer 2 orange spring

Level 7 - 10 reps

Level 10 - 10 reps

Level 11 - 1 rep (max attempts)

Level 12 - 1 rep

Level 13 - 1 rep

Level 14 - 1 rep

Level 15 - 0 just missed had a few attempts though

To finish off reversed a few harder 60D's

PB on shoulders! First set I just missed it as I was knackered but thought I'd give it a go. Definitely got more in me for next time!

Going into central joberg and driving at nights pretty scary man but not as bad as going up northern africa. Always have to watch out for hijackers also but was a great time!

Yesterday my new Olympic barbell came 185kg 1.1" bar 7ft.

Went from 100kg -150kg testing it out

Today grippers and bending

HG300 x 2 overcrushes

COC#3 1mm of close 4 sets

Kerkhaert size 1 heart

Bent to 180 degrees then flattened into an S and then removed the wraps and bent it into a heart barehanded, ouch!
