I cut down a 75kg 7" iron grip bar to 6" and reversed it, one hit to 100degrees.

Nice!

Sounds like your good for at least 100 kg Reverse

Thanks Frank! reverse strength is coming on nicely, alot stronger after time off. Will get a few G5's on camera soon just need to buy them! Edited by JoshW

Wrist developer

Level 6 crom spring:

5 sets of 10 reps - jumped to ten reps on this only planned 8.

Cut down a 7" x 1/4" square CRS to 5" and reversed to 30 degrees.

So - 1 x 5"x1/4" square stock 30 degrees

Reverse strength is feeling the strongest it's ever been and getting stronger every day from my new program.

So much that I am meant to be doing today's work out next Monday, but felt rested enough to do it today!

My brother is back from Austria today so I can bench with a spotter now!!!!

Bench press:

100kg x 5 paused reps

120kg x 3 paused reps

125kg x 3

130kg x 3

135kg x 3 Volume PR

140kg x 2 Volume PR

150kg x 1 easy rep!

Bench went well today after a week or so off, still managed 150kg after all those sets?!

Dude with your bench numbers a Red DO is on the menu real soon!

Man I really really hope so. Jose..I've ordered 6 x black grade 5's to reverse sometime this week ;) a video is coming up very very soon!

Bench today! Felt abit tired today in the triceps so will leave bench till next week now

Bench press:

100kg x 5 paused reps

120kg x 3 paused reps

125kg x 3 reps

130kg x 3 reps

135kg x 3 reps

140kg x 3 volume PR!!

120kg x 5 warm down

Finished off with some wrist developer work on level 6 Crom. Cannot wait to try a G5 reverse soon!!

My body is very drained at the moment from bench and deadlifts, but my G5's arrived today so had to try them!

Woke up at 10 and wrapped up one G5 and DO bent it

Wrapped up another one to reverse and bent it to about 20 degrees- this one felt harder than 366lbs.

Next time I will wait till the evening instead of wrapping up bars after I've woken up!

Couldn't help myself decided to do some cleans!

85kg x miss

I suck at cleans it is safe to say.

Wasn't very motivated today and felt abut lethargic but got the work done.

142.5kg x 2 VOLUME PR

145kg x 2 VOLUME PR

152.5kg x fail - shoulders fried by this point!!

Finished off with some singles on level 6 working on the explosiveness of the bend
