JoshW Posted August 31, 2015 Author Share Posted August 31, 2015 Seated barbell strict shoulder press: 40kg x 3 reps 45kg x 3 reps 50kg x 3 reps 55kg x 3 reps 60kg x 8 reps PR!!!! 65kg x 5 reps 70kg x 3 reps 72.5kg x 2 reps PR!!!! 75kg x 1 rep x 2 sets 50kg x 12 reps PR I think. Quick summary of today's workout, I've only had 2-3 days rest from my last press workout so my triceps were feeling done, regardless I PR'd. With more rest I would have got 70kg x 4 reps and 75kg x 2 reps as I got both of those last reps halfway before triceps gave out. All in all I'm happy with my current progress.
