20kg x 10 reps

25kg x 10 reps

30kg x 10 reps

35kg x 10 reps

40kg x 10 reps

45kg x 8 reps

Finished up with some hammer curls

Tomorrow is shoulder and chest day!

Very humid and sweaty today, almost fainted after I finished!

Seated strict barbell overhead press:

40kg x 5 reps

45kg x 5 reps

50kg x 5 reps

55kg x 5 reps

60kg x 6 reps volume PR!!!

65kg x 4 reps volume PR!!!

70kg x 2 reps volume PR!!!

72.5kg x 1 Strict PR!!! ------> 72.5kg strict OHP @ 73kg BW

High incline barbell OHP

60kg x 5 reps

65kg x 5 reps

70kg x 3 reps

75kg x 2 reps x 2 sets

3 sets of 20 push ups to finish with

Lots of PR's today :D

Bending: last session before more steel comes in from FBBC

2 x FBBC 1/4" x 7" ss round in singles - 3 hits

2 x 7" i drill rod under 10seconds each one

Thanks Juri! Progress is going very well at the moment, I seem to PR every time I do shoulders. Hopefully I get 80kg soon!

60kg x 8 reps PR!!!!

65kg x 5 reps

70kg x 3 reps

72.5kg x 2 reps PR!!!!

75kg x 1 rep x 2 sets

50kg x 12 reps PR I think.

Quick summary of today's workout, I've only had 2-3 days rest from my last press workout so my triceps were feeling done, regardless I PR'd. With more rest I would have got 70kg x 4 reps and 75kg x 2 reps as I got both of those last reps halfway before triceps gave out.

All in all I'm happy with my current progress. Hopefully my new bending stock comes in soon!

One armed dumbbell rows

30kg x 6 reps

32.5kg x 6 reps

35kg x 6 reps

37.5kg x 6 reps

40kg x 6 reps

42.5kg x 6 reps

45kg x 6 reps

47.5kg x 3 reps

50kg x 3 reps - biggest dumbbell in the gym, this thing is massive.
