JoshW
Thanks for checking it out! I'll be honest, my palms are in agony especially as the squares dig in more than round stock but there is alot of carry over for crushing. The areas on my palm are alittle blue but practicing the crushing part of the bend has improved it alot! I have no idea about how to deal with the Palm soreness other than battle through it or take time off? Looking forward to seeing you attempt the N rod brother.
Anthony C.
Lol i hear you man, it's a bitch. Try to massage one palm with the other hand and really work it in deep. I didn't buy any N, so it's red or nothing now lol

JoshW
Had such an off day today. Iron grip steel arrived so I bent a 115kg and then went for a 120kg cert attempt but was too tired to finish the bend. Rest up and will kill it next time!
