I can make a slight bend in my arm from the hanging position... it's a very short movement, but you know what guys? If it bleeds then we can kill it! Jono Posted September 18, 2014 Share Posted September 18, 2014 My goal used to be to do this from a full hang (2s at least) before pulling, and then chin fully over bar without arching the neck. I was able to do partial oacs and oacs from a small hang (full ROM but 0s hang) a long time (9-12 months) before I got it from the longer hang. I guess the stretch reflex effect seems to give about 10kg boost.
