      I believe that the straphold is more effective than the maximum resistance but both are excellent; I read that the weight to take to improve your strength is a weight that drops under 10 holds otherwise it is too easy and works on endurance and not strength if you want to commit to closing coc clamps 3 and higher thanks

      I tried to hold a ruler and even a belt for arm wrestling with 2.5 to 4 lb with my rcg of 80% which is very difficult 4 times for as long as possible. I believe it is effective for strength but 3 repetitions is the maximum because I had enormous tension in the shoulder and forearm

Reverse Wrist Formulator: 4kg x 4 sets of 20 stretching Not too terrible, not anything spectacular. I think that 128 on the left is an MMS PR. I've done deep sets, but this felt like a legit MMS. I was somewhat worried about my right palm because this was the first heavy attempt workout since the injury. It seems like it went ok since I'm currently not in pain.  Hopefully the same will be true tomorrow. The 137 is the most I've closed since the injury. I was hoping to get back into the 140s, but it wasn't in the cards today. I gave the 140 a scare within about half a millimeter just didn't quite get there.  My plan is to do the same thing I did the last six weeks with my left hand but with both hands going forward. Here's the grippers I'm ball parking to start with:      Right hand: choked reps - GM 150 at 15 mm; rep gripper - Standard Pt 115      Left hand: choked reps - Fe 142 at 11mm; rep gripper - GHP5 112  Bench was overshadowed in my mind, but I was pleased with 102.5x3. My new short term goal is to hit a 250lb bench press. For the pin press, I wanted to do 70x3, and I think I could have, but I got really light-headed after the first rep.
