matek
35kg/77lb weighted pushups with pushup stands - 6x14 72.5kg/160lb dumbbell one arm rows (both arms) - 6x7 15kg/33lb lateral neck flexion (both sides) - 3x18 - 3x16 20kg/44lb riser full curls with judo belt (both arms) - 6x6 Doing this for the first time. Feels like a nice variation on curls to hit the wrist at the same time. The weight is definitely deceiving with this one.

And after I take it off I feel like I’m 170lbs again haha.

I also feel super light after taking it off
matek
Inch trainer RH - 2x1 71.4kg/157.4lb level lift This is probably my first time lifting it above 70kg, and it wasn't tilted at all. I've tried a third set as well, but I couldn't do it. Based on my experience, I can get quite a few near-max pinch attempts in one session, but there are not many chances with one-handed thick bar. 2-3, and then byebye, try it again another day. - 2x1 68.9kg/151.9lb level lift, 2-sec hold on top - 1x1 68.9kg/151.9lb slight tilt lift - 3x1 66.4kg/146.4lb level lift, 2-sec hold - 1x4 61.4kg/135.4lb level lift LH - 4x1 66.4kg/146.4lb level lift, 3-sec hold on top - 3x1 66.4kg/146.4lb level lift - 1x1 66.4kg/146.4lb tilt lift - 1x3 61.4kg/135.4lb level lift Both hands this week, because I'm not doing blobs this week (skin on RH thumb needs to heal).

I know the feeling, its pretty frustrating. Theres a short window with thick bar. Getting closer to the inch.

The good thing though is that it's much more consistent than pinch. At least for me. 3 minutes ago, Blacksmith513 said: Getting closer to the inch. Can't wait! My pinch can be off a way higher percentage week to week. Would be smart. You bend at a way higher level than I was, but even at the snails pace I was going it really really affected things. I miss it and can’t wait to return but for now I’m focused on the inch. Perhaps throw some thumbless in for wrist strength? when you finally get one and start doing level negs I think it would really benefit you.

Btw I did this with my custom Inch trainer (grabbing the shaft), so that's why the weight is weird.

The camo is a piece of cordura, works well to clean off the excess chalk from blobs without wiping off too much 38 minutes ago, CruxGripman said: Those are some pretty serious looking grippers, and guns, you’re pretty jacked eh Thanks! Would be great to lose a few kgs though Yes, the Standard Adjustable line was an incredible value for people like us who live outside the US.
