It was a fun and well ran competition hosted by Mike Saffell. I came in 3rd place behind Jason Dingey (1st) and Mike Saffell (2nd). I really had kind of an off day but managed to do decent on these two lifts.

Very impressive lift on the Raptor handle Zach 💪 should be good for a big lift on the Crusher at KK.

FULL LENGTH VIDEO  OUT 8/30... Here's a short clip of @AdamTGlassdiscussing some of the grip feats he's achieved that he felt were significant.

Me and Adam attack so many different topics in his full interview we couldn't keep it under 3hrs!!! This is one you don't wanna miss!

Thanks man. No Olympia for me this year don’t really have enough time off to make the trip. Hopefully next year.

Paused at the 1:12:00 mark tonight so my daughter could hear daddy's name mentioned on The Grip Show.  😊

As luck would have it...new shirt arrived in the mail today, too.  Super excited to head to Heavy Hands Saturday!

For Heavy Hands 2023 I posted the stats/results in the "contest" thread but I'll add some Info here as well.

I lifted

•2" One Hand Nightmare- 230.5lbs

•Andrew's Axle (2 3/8")- 313.8lbs

•3" Saxon- 216lbs

•Little Bighorn- 201lbs

this placed me 8th over all and 3rd in the 105kg weight class.

the point spread between 5-8 was so close (348,346,345,341) any single lift missed or made coulda switched up 5th to 8th place very quick. I just happened to be on the bottom end of that close race.

here's some stats and pics from the compphoto-output.thumb.jpeg.92c552ef775b2f4c5a10fbe11eb15084.jpeg
