2. DB Bench- 3x15

3. Spider Rows- 3x10

4. Weighted Pull-ups- (55lbs)- 10x1

5. Grip

Saw Brian Shaws recent Blob Video and after talking to @Jedd Johnson and @stranger decided to get off the couch and try it spur of the moment. That 120 was trying to give me some problems!

Saw Brian Shaws recent Blob Video and after talking to @Jedd Johnson and @stranger decided to get off the couch and try it spur of the moment. That 120 was trying to give me some problems!

I got a feeling the 120 wont be giving you problems for long and you'll make short work of the 130 too.

Yeah I can do 120’s pretty much any day but In a ladder or Medley like this it may not always be a given.

How has training grip benefited you for MMA?  I'm still dying to try BJJ like i've said 100 times but its smarter until I get to another level with my grip/bending..

I’ve built up a solid base or raised my base level up pretty high for grip. So although I do some pretty big lifts it’s been a slow and steady progression. And being bigger, stronger, faster is almost always a benefit no matter the sport or task in life
