This one was a big feat for me Anyone who’s lifted or attempted a Red Pill will understand.. Super Rare combo and not sure if anyone has ever done these two at the same time.

10-3-2022

1. Bench- 185 for 5x5

2. DB Bench- 3x15

3. DB Rows- 3x10

4. Weighted Pull-ups- (35lb plate)- 10x1

5. Ab Wheel- 3x10

6. Grip- (Thickbar) Inch Bells

Dumbbell looks awesome. What weights do you have and how thick are the handles?

Currently out of my Inch DumbbellC62337B9-E9E6-4E71-B8FF-BB8493C2B760.thumb.jpeg.549bca4ba50ab9e4ccdf8c01822fc972.jpeg bells I have… 143,154,172,191.. all handles are 2 3/8” true to the inch dumbbell specs.

So cool. I might need to spend some money one of these days. I would imagine getting one of them shipped to Canada would cost a fortune though.

1. Axle- 155,175,185,205,225,245,265,275,295,315x1

2. 3” Saxon- 135,155,175,185,205,225,235x1

3. Lunges (w/ 30lb Dumbbells)- 3x10 each leg

4. Hanging Leg Raises- 3x10

5. Reverse Hyper- 3x20 @ 200lbs

6. Grip- (Blobs) tons of volume. 
• managed a 66.2lb blob lift (York next Gen blob + 15lbs)

Ran through all my King Kong events and was pretty burnt out from this weeks training. 

• also I have a 3x25’s pinch up for voting so if anyone here reads this and hasn’t voted please go vote. Thanks

1. Bench- 185x5, 225,245,275,295,315x1

2. DB Bench- 3x15

3. Spider Rows- 3x10 

4. Weighted Pull-ups- (45lbs added)- 10x1

5. Ab Wheel- 3x10

6. Tons of reps and volume on the Inch Bells

supper hard to lift the inch dumbbells but with a empty can ,holy cow way cool

The event was unsanctioned so doesn’t count for any sanctioned lists/standings etc…. More of a local comp. James Retarides was the judge and most of the Charlotte grip guys did compete. 
Events were 

Tips Tester, 2” Vbar, 3” Saxon, and medley. There was some close lifts but I managed to win all the events and the medley…. Now onto King Kong Oct 29
