Thanks man, and yea i plan to after i can Ccs my 151# Ghp7

and my hard 3 on any givin day. Ccs is one of those

things if im not in the right mode its not going to happen.

Damn right about that. Pulling them of eventually is one thing, than keeping strength up until cert is another. CCS is a strange beast to perform. I have this 155 lbs Ghp7, also never CCS-ed that darn thing. It's harder than my MM2 replica. The sweep is what makes it so tough. To CCS that thing for me, the tides, sun, moon, everything needs to be in perfect alignment for that to happen at this moment.

Review of the weekend, If you don't already no

i work security alone all weekend so thats my

heal time. I have foam for situps and perfect

pushups in my looker i do wrist lever with

the little push sweeper, you no the non electric

ones. Anyhow yesterday i did alot of forearm

recovery with a foam baseball to sqeeze and massage

my forearms, also lots of exstensor work with

some regular rubber bands, need to buy some expanda

bands... i did pushups and bicycle crunches today

and ran in place.

Bro those expand your hand bands are a great investment.

Tip: dont throw away the plastic bag they come in. Theres something about storing them in that bag that keeps them fresh. A lot of people complain about snapping them but the ones who keep them stored in that bag seem to be great. I have had the same set of bands that i bought in 2005. Granted i stopped training grip for a whole bunch of years but still lol

The rubber bands are much better, cheaper, and almost never snap like the IM ones. Gimmicky at best, just get the medium or large bands from staples, you'll never run out or get pissed when those fancy IM break in spades.
