Good luck! How are you planning to warm up before the cert? I always need to get in some sort of flow, even close a much harder gripper first.

I have been taking it easy for my cert lately, but yesterday

i went and seen my doc about my shoulder, she gave me

a cortizone shot and it was instant relief! She said i can return

to heavy lifting, and was amazed at the things i do;) she did not

try to talk me out of it actually she was all for it!, she said the cortizone

Shot will get me threw my cert and the Nationals;) Im telling you guys

that shot is amazing. I got two solid ccs closes on both my 3's very easily

yesterday. Also my cert was moved to friday at 2pm so i can heal good

Its going down guys! Im stoked!

Nice just take it easy this week to nail that cert and rest up the entire body. I've noticed even taking some days off lifting I will come back and my grip will be a lot stronger since lifting can tire your out mentally and grip is stronger when your mentally fresh.

For nationls are you going to try and stay in the 93kg class with the big guys or cut 10ish lbs to do the 83kg class? You have a lot of time still and your on the border between the both if your only 190ish right now.

You no i have considered both, maybe slim down which is easier

or hit the creatine and noodles lol. But right now im hitin about

195lbs so will see.

Ahh, sorry man!

Sucks to get a gripper that is way harder than the average coc3.

Keep up the good work!

Good work, pinching is one those lifts where high volume works better than heavy all the time... I'm on for a big pinch workout tomorrow, got some big holds for time planned - hopefully I hit my watermarks
