bubba29
i have been training just not really documenting. was on vacation last week but did a few gripper workouts. grippers are great for vacations. easy to pack and easy to get a quick session in without leaving the condo. i have my eyes on a real strongman contest. what is holding me back is my pressing strength. i really need to improve that but i have an f'd up shoulder that needs surgery or quit lifting. i have been trying to train around it with little success. the shoulder just does not like heavy pressing. yesterday i messed around with some new movements and the shoulder cooperated. i pressed a football bar overhead and the neutral grip really was comfortable. this is what it looked like: i am excited and will continue with this to hopefully push my pressing strength up.
