Another shitty work out. 3rd time in a period of 6 days I haven't felt as strong as I should. Gotta shut it down for a week to let body and CNS recover.

Can't remember exact weights and reps but I liked this exercise.

Don't ask me how but I screwed up the weight on the squat. Was supposed to do 180 but was over by 15#. It had to do with a Buffalo bar I used tha weighed more than 45#. Oh well, with the holiday coming and hunting next week, I need some extra work.

Got some gripper work in at home 2 days ago. Nothing spectacular to write about, just some heavy singles. Good work though.

Today, I did some heavy DB rows on my new (to me) DB handle and collars I made. Collars worked great. They sucked before. Did some pressing and ring dips. Did some blob holds a RT holds. Again, nothing spectacular. Just some money put in the strength bank.

Good job with the #2.5 lefty. Looks like your hands are fairly close to each on gripper strength. I forget how spoiled I am with a heated garage. I wear shorts and T shirt during my grip workouts and sweat like crazy. Its actually too hot in there most nights.............just rubbing it in haha

i kinda like the cold. i still feel like my left is lagging pretty good behind my right. if i were to guess, it is about 5-10% behind but i don't know for sure because most of my grippers aren't rated. how far behind is your off hand?

Hard to say, I haven't maxed with my left in a while. I'm probably good for around 180ish RGC right hand and around 170ish RGC lefty MMS. I'm testing both hands at my comp so we see what I can get with both using a 20MM block set. My goal for that comp is my 179 or 179.7 lb COC #3.5 Right hand and my 165.3 lb Elite Lefty. I have a 171.5 lb Elite, but that might be a stretch lefty with a 20mm block set.

Haven't deadlifted in a while. Weight was moving fast, felt good. Gonna do a strongman comp. in earl February. Training is gonna change a bit but the events still jive with my grip, deadlift, and press goals.
