Started the juggernaut program at Brent’s suggestion, hopefully this will get my lifts on the rise again. Volume does seem to be more effective for me. It seems strange to lift such little weights, but Brent has made some good gains doing it so we’ll see.

this was the first time I ever tried the 12 hammer on coin lifts, went better than I expected. Very excited that I lifted the 30 hex to lock out, as I have never even broke the ground with it before, managed to lift it about 4 or 5” with the left hand before I dropped it. Tried to lift it right again, but dropped it both times. Still very happy with today’s grip session.
