I plan to tailor it to reach my goals better. 5 week will be to work up to a final set of 8, 3 week will be a final set of 5 and 1 week will be to work up to heavy singles. Going to try working up to a max lift on 2HP then dropping to repout with bands. Hopefully this will help to bring my pinch up as simply doing reps, or heavy singles isn’t really moving the weight up. Stupid stub, I think I hate that lift.
