These felt pretty good til 205 and then I needed a slight boost, not a lot, just a bit. Brent was spotting and just gave me a bit of help. Still pretty happy that my squat isn’t going down even though I am continuing to lean up.

Glutebridge: 143x10, 163x5,5

45 degree back raise w/10lbs: 2x10

Hanging knee raise w/10lbs: 2x10

Tan band pullups: 3x8

purple band adduction: 2x20

Hammer curl 10lbs: 3x12

Very happy with 145 bench. that’s a 5lb PR. 150 isn’t that far away.

Today sucked. Everything felt heavy, what a crappy day. Couldn’t keep my hands from sweating thru the chalk. It’s about 98 here and insanely humid. COC1 even felt rough. 110 on 2HP was ugly, didn’t even try go higher it was not happening. At least I got a few more reps on the 2HP band rep outs.

This was terrible. I think I am still adjusting to working until midnight. I can’t seem to reset my internal alarm to sleep a bit and am still waking up at 5 or 6. I can tell that I am not getting enough sleep. I hope that after this week it will get better. Also the dog does not understand why I am still in bed and not taking him for a walk. He has not been very helpful in letting me sleep. The weights just felt crushingly heavy. Should have had 2x8 at 175 easily.

Axle cleans: 70x5, 90x5, 100x3

KB lunge 12kg bells: 3x10

Glutebridges off a bench 143lbs: 3x10

45 degree backraise w/ 10lbs: 3x10

Pull down crunches 60lbs: 3x15

Adduction Purple band: 2x20

Abduction purple band: 2x20

Tan band pullups: 10,10,10

Well my squats sucked but the rest of my workout went well. 3x10 on the pull ups means I’ll drop to the monster mini next. Pretty happy with everything but squats.

my squats are taking a nose dive. I know that several factors are at play here, but it’s still frustrating. Lack of sleep from working 2nd shift, weight loss that has made me tighten my lever belt 2 holes in the last 2 months. Happy with the weight / inches lost, but I guess I just need to refigure my weights and reps and work back up. Maybe a lot is mental now because no matter the weight the bar feels HEAVY. Might switch to low box squats for a while, since my trouble spot is at the bottom. Also thinking it may be a mobility issue, my hips have been tight lately, so need to work on that. sigh.
