Training has been running back to back this week with 2HP and RT yesterday, my hands were just beat and the axle rolled right out of my thumbs, better next time. I still think my axle is going up though. I know my regular deads are on the rise, I think 300 is close. that would be 2x body weight, which has been a goal for a while now.
