Our training schedule got screwed up this week because of a school meeting for me. Training has been running back to back this week with 2HP and RT yesterday, my hands were just beat and the axle rolled right out of my thumbs, better next time. I still think my axle is going up though. I know my regular deads are on the rise, I think 300 is close. that would be 2x body weight, which has been a goal for a while now.

very happy with my squats tonight. 210 is a PR, it didn’t come up as fast as I would have liked, but it was far from a grinder. dropped down and hit one more at 205. Left the gym feeling good.

2HP went very well. best I’ve ever pulled in practice was 122 and best i’ve ever pulled in comp was 117. Thanks Adam Glass, the taps are genius! Only did taps for about 6 weeks and my pinch went up considerably.

think I will drop the weight on the pause bench and work on exploding off the chest more, need more speed.
