I just read your whole log and you're doing some great work in here! I'm finally over some injuries and planning on getting back in the gym on Monday so this is inspiring for me.

One question on your rack benches...are you starting from full lockout and lowering to the pin then back up or starting with the bar sitting on the pin? Just curious since I've never done these but have thought about incorporating something along these lines.

Thanks Malice, on bottom rack presses I usually start on the pin. I have three levels that I go from number 5 is chest level, number 6 is 4 inches above my chest and number 7 is 8 inches above my chest. My power rack only has 4 inches between settings. For a while I was unracking the weight and bringing it down and then pausing for three seconds on the pin. The way I got started doing the bottom rack presses was from reading Dinosaur training and also being alone most of the time I am safe.

Great workout today, after first set of military and chins I felt real rough, stuck with it and wound up with 2-PRs. Military went up real smooth maybe had 10 more in the tank. Chins were not bad for a 275 who has done nothing but over eat for the past week.

Wanted to update my log and tell what has been going on. Got into a head on collision a couple of weeks ago messed up my thumb real bad and have not been able to lift. So hopefully will be able to lift sooner than later. Our car was totaled and my wife and I were lucky to walk away with just bruises. We are both back to work and insurance took good care of us.
