I felt way off in deadlifts today and after missing 455 for 2 singles I was ready to say screw the workout. But decided to finish the workout then the guy on the radio said it was 7 degrees out. The biggest problems is I can only do suats and deads in Chuck Taylors and they are so thin my toes get really cold. I would use a bigger electric heater but the wiring is not the greatest out there. Stiff arm pulldowns 50-3x10 Fat gripz dumbell curls 35-3x6 Situps 3x10 These were in tri set fashion. 1 inch V-bar 110-1 135-1 160-1 160-1 170-1 180-1 180-1 190-1 200-1 left slipped a bit Rolling thunder alternated with pushdowns Rolling thunder 100-5 125-4 150-3 Pushdowns 50-3x10 Pushups 3x20 This workout made me feel great.
