Robert,

Have you decided what the medly will consist of?

Would like to simulate it here to be some what prepared for the contest.

Are you useing a wrist roller in the power rack?

What size roller and is it chain or rope?

Thanks,

Steve

I doubt they'll load it to 300+ lbs. like you'd prefer John. ;)

I may enter this contest one of these years. I have a sister in Santa Barbara, so maybe me and the wife could make a vacation of it.

It would be great to meet all of you.

It would be great to have you come out here Bob I'm going to try to go to a

contest back east hopefully for a contest this winter. Actually on the wrist roller

we put 75 lbs. and the fastest time wins. The last time we did this Fatboy's winning time

was 9.31 sec. prior to that I think the fastest time 4.88 by Thor

I am planning on it.

Yes, Fat Bastard! Nice going! This may be the Last Hurrah for a contest with the 1 Inch Vertical Bar. My well-seasoned Fat Bastard bar is looking for a bunch of new "certifications" to go on John's website. Yes, the 1 Inch Vertical Bar! In the words of Ryan Klein, Not for Pussies! :rock
