It took me 8 years and 70lbs of mass to go from 405 to 500+ on the bench. Hopefully, it doesn't take as long to get the next 100lbs :)

Where do you feel the tweak in your pec?

I've never had pec problems until I started benching twice a week. The pain can come on both sides at the shoulder attachment, radiating toward the pec minor and short-head of bicep (deep in arm pit, which is where I partially tore both this last year doing stones). I know you've had some pec/shoulder issues -- this is one place where I thought ART was commendable.

Thanks, Matt. Gripping the sandbag from the bottom, and adding weight with plates -- this last time I used a 50 kilo plate and the ROM was a little better .
