carusom1
Where do you feel the tweak in your pec? I've never had pec problems until I started benching twice a week. The pain can come on both sides at the shoulder attachment, radiating toward the pec minor and short-head of bicep (deep in arm pit, which is where I partially tore both this last year doing stones). I know you've had some pec/shoulder issues -- this is one place where I thought ART was commendable. 020913 Deadlift: Rack 21" 900 x 2 Reverse Band (105 - 0) 725 x 2 765 x 1 (missed the 2nd at top due to left hand grip) belt and chalk Farmer Hold: cluster 2 x 15sec x 195 + 2 double medium (purple) bands cluster 2 x 15sec x 225 + 2 double medium (purple) bands cluster 2 x 15sec, 25sec x 255 + 2 double medium (purple) bands (45 sec rest) Flyes Stretch
