What do you think you'll do to work on that? I know you still probably do the "shoulder dislocates" with a stick or band. Seems like Eric would dig in this thumb/thumbnail right onto a tendon, then move my arm through a range of motion, forcing the tendon to be "scraped" as this happened. I've had a couple of ART providers but they haven't been able to get in nearly as good as the deep tissue -- the technique you mention is what they utilize.
