DB Press:

210 x 1, 220 x 1 Right (PR) still have more left in me here

210 x 1, 210 x 1 Left (PR)

190 x 14 (20 sec rest; alternating arms) tried to hold the lockout for as long as possible. Endurance was much better with the cooler weather. It's feeling much more comfortable on the shoulder but the stabilization during the lockout is the difficult part.

How'd you change your clean?

How'd you change your clean?

Sometimes I get lazy and don't sit all the way down to roll it up on my chest; instead, I do a half squat hammer curl. This doesn't work with heavier weights, I have to sit down and roll high up on my chest.

Just getting some work in. Recovery is better now that I've incorporated a little cardio on off days. Bicep feels fully recovered.

missed 420 3 times at the lip and lapped it 3 more times without getting close to the load

Afterward, did several loads from 200 to 365.

My upper back has been very fatiqued lately. I'm only two weeks out and don't want to step off the gas too much, but I should have had a deload a week or two ago.

Matt-

Thanks. The comp was cancelled. ASM will now be at the Olympia at the end of Sept.

I took the week off since I had a planned deload anyway -- six weeks to train.
