Endurance was much better with the cooler weather. It's feeling much more comfortable on the shoulder but the stabilization during the lockout is the difficult part. Sometimes I get lazy and don't sit all the way down to roll it up on my chest; instead, I do a half squat hammer curl. This doesn't work with heavier weights, I have to sit down and roll high up on my chest. 072912 Stones: all to 56" 310 x 5 330 x 4 365 x 3 330 x 5 365 x 4 365 x 3 Just getting some work in. Recovery is better now that I've incorporated a little cardio on off days. Bicep feels fully recovered.
