Tweaked my bicep on the 4th rep otherwise I would have kept going. The sleeves really let you stick to the stone throughout the 2nd motion, which creates more tension on the bicep -- I'll have to focus on still using my hands to pull the stone.

weighed the handles I've been using and found out they're 10lbs heavier than I had guessed

these were all deep-set, attempted a finger-tip grip after this but my hands were fried

The blocks slowed me down as I was fumbling them around; needs improvement.

Circus DB:

Husafell Stone:

turns at 60'. Started to pour rain at this point so I just got some quick sets in, working on positioning the stone, which improved with each set. pick from ground
