ChrisJames
5th February Monday 2007 Apollon cleans 2.6 inch bar.... 65k x3, 85k x 3, 105 x 3 , 115k x 3, 120 x 1 , 125k x 1, 130 k x 1. No dip with these cleans just muscle weight up like Apollon. Good for strength building as you lift the weight much higher. Didn't have much time to train. lifesnotfair
Hello Mr. James! Wow, I wonder why I haven't heard of you before. Your log is awesome, and truly inspiring. Some big weights you're lifting!!! I'm sure you're an inspiration to many! ... heck, even being compared to Goerner and stuff :P .... Whay is an "anyhow", and what are the dumbell "swings"? honk
Chris has been around here for a few years, he's just more humble than others. click me click me too A swing is basicly a cheat front lateral, u swing it form between ur legs to shoulder hight. A 2 handsanyhow starts with a 2 hands press or bentpress or a jerk "anyhow", transfer the weight to one arm, squat down pick a dumbell or else and press it overhead, voila two hands anyhow.
