I know. No idea, He said he had changed jobs and was moving house so he was taking a break from traiing

Squats were awful today so bad that I threw in the towel after the fourth set.

Decided I would do some (more) pinch training as I didnt really give it a good go yesterday

No college this week so got a final bench session in before christmas break. Did some plate curls afterwards

15kg -6reps

15kg - 5 reps

17kg - used a chain to attach weight- 2 reps

then drop set to 15kg - 3 reps

10kg - 8 reps

Trained pinch last night as gym was closed

put two twentys on a db bar and started off with some assisted lifts

5 sets of 3 reps

then switched to something new.

Passing from hand to hand. Did this continously till hands were tired. The time held in one hand was very small hopefully as I get stronger it will be a longer duration.

Last training session this year!

Started dieting need to get down to 110kg class and stay there. Been eating clean since Tuesday. Treat day today.

Went straight to grip machine after a close of my filed 3. Hands felt really strong.

One hand CC width reps

52kg - 3reps - easy

54kg - 2 3/4 reps right hand -3 reps left

Thought I would try something...

60kg - rh 3/4 rep lh 1 rep

- 1 rep both hands

2 hand CC width

quick workout tonight

Not sure whether 2 hands training on the grip machine is wotth it as it is much easier to cheat the weight up by pulling the arm upwards. Decided to concentrate on one hand training.

Trying to be very careful to really squeeze with the fingers and hand and not to deadlift the bar up. It is surprisingly easy to cheat and not realise you are doing so.
