Did some plate curls afterwards 15kg -6reps 15kg - 5 reps 17kg - used a chain to attach weight- 2 reps then drop set to 15kg - 3 reps 10kg - 8 reps Happy christmas ! Geo Posted December 30, 2006 Author Share Posted December 30, 2006 Trained pinch last night as gym was closed put two twentys on a db bar and started off with some assisted lifts 5 sets of 3 reps then switched to something new. Passing from hand to hand. Did this continously till hands were tired. The time held in one hand was very small hopefully as I get stronger it will be a longer duration. Crush training later on.... Treat day today. Went straight to grip machine after a close of my filed 3. Hands felt really strong.
