I'm getting some strength back but man it's tough. The #3 was barely moved without help but I wanted to try it anyway. I'm probably going to get some 3/16 stock to cut for some bending so we'll see how that goes.

Really good workout! Killed my legs something fierce. Very happy with the results, must be the nice weather. I cut some 3/16" stock to 7" so I'll probably give that a try tomorrow. I know it's small but I've never tried it before so we'll see.

The bending was very easy. I had no idea what to start with so I will have to get some thicker stuff. DO definitely felt better but I think I will keep working on DU also. Need some better padding too.

All I can say is, man is this #3 hard. Really,really,really hard! Anybody who thinks a MM set is cheating has never friggin' tried it. Lots and lots of hard work ahead of me. I'm looking foward to conquering this thing. My only nightmare is that I later find out it is a rather easy #3!

Damn! I just noticed that all of my info is jamming together. I'm spacing the right and left so it's not all jumbled but it's not turning out that way. Just great, now I have to figure out another way to organize it. I guess I should have been checking my damn posts.

Gotta take it real slow because of frequent elbow pain. Especially on the tricep presses. I'm also still trying to perfect my technique on the cleans. Hopefully some strength will kick in soon!

1-7'x1/4" NOT A CHANCE!!!

Had no other steel to bend so I had to stop. Much to big of a jump for me. I guess I'll stick to 5"x3/16" for volume for now. Maybe find 3/16" square stock from somewhere and cut it to 6". What a reality check! The 5"x3/16" seems so easy.

Have you experimented with other forms of bending Don Chi? I'm guessing you have, but your strengths may lie elsewhere.

I've only done DO and DU. Not sure what else there is. The DO feels really good though, the 1/4" stock must be too much for me right now. I really didn't think there would be that much of a difference. The fact that I couldn't even budge it concerns me a bit. I think 3/16" square stock is next on the progression, the list is in my garage. Thanx for the input Unseen, it's much appreciated!

Fried the heck out of my hands today! I had to wait a few hours before I could type. This #3 is killing me man, absolutely killing me. I really can't imagine closing this thing. I'm coming real, real close to getting the #2 with my left so I'm pretty happy about that. Decided to go with higher reps on the wrist curls it feels better that going real low with the reps.

A lot of ppl find higher reps better for wrist curls, at least 5-12 rep range (what I consider high reps), stick with it and see how it goes! :)

The 3/16 is incredibly easy DO and DU. I can't seem to find any square stock anywhere, that being the next progression. The G2's are impossible, not even a kink. Not sure what my next move is.

Good, hard workout. Still getting the technique on the clean and press down. I had a pretty hard hand workout yesterday. Ran a jackhammer for a few hours for the first time in about 6 months. Fairly tough! It felt great though. I also did a very small ab workout. Suprisingly, my abs are killing me. Long, long winter gentlemen.
