SM-5/16” PR No Set #1-12 PR Nice workout. Actually getting closer with the #3. Those OC and Negatives are paying off. I think I'm going to mess around with #3 attempts and choker work for a week or 2 and go another round with the OCs and Negatives. And before I was shutting the #2 every so often manily because of set but did 3 reps today. Tried some no sets and kinda liked them. I could have done more with right and left but had to leave. Everything was bad I should have closed the #3 in the choker and I couldn’t even no set the #2 which I did the other day no problem. And I couldn’t even get a gripper set in my left hand. Didn’t close the #2 when I did it 3 reps a couple days before. Even though it is just a bad day and doesn’t reflect that my training is paying off, it’s time for KTA. Filed 1/8” off #2 and 3/16” off the #1. The filed #2 was better for the OC but the #1 still wasn’t enough. This was my second workout of the day. Also, tried some fingertip push-ups. They weren’t hard they just hurt my finger joints some.

DLK
I hope so. I'm not sure if I am going to use them in my training but they will be there for an interesting option if needed.
