Decided to mess around. Made a two hand pinch and vertical bar easy. Didn't do anything with the V bar. Stoped with two hand pinch because hards are raw and torn from block earlier in the week and did't want to make it worse. Had alot more in me.

205 or 215 in per hand and run with for 30 sec.

Haven't doen them in over a year. Since they were made. I don't know exactly what they weight but the weight was easy.

Got together with anson and underdawg today. Everything went pretty good and anson took a couple shots at the MM0 cert. Tried to close the #3 and got closer than ever before, I'd say 1/4"-1/3". So pretty good there. Also bent a 3 ft. piece of 5/8" steel, not to bad. Hopefully I can get an elite and a MM replica soon and start KTA.

I did alot better on the overcrushes and will have to use the ISG for left next time and maybe right. My sweep is really good because with my tries on the SM it felt like nothing and then it was like I hit a wall. The negatives with the #3 also felt alot easier. Maybe with the OC, Negatives, and choker sets I can bring my crush up dramitcally.

I think I finally closed the SM! I am not sure because my fingers were in the way. If I missed it it wasn't more than a MM, either way a PR. And then got closer with the #3 too. Decent workout.

Had a bad workout, not a good way to start the new year. Didn't do good with #3 tries and the OC's felt harder than last time. Negatives did fell better though. Hopefully within the week I can start KTA and killed the #3.

I fihured I'd give something a try I've seen. Speed. Felt pretty good and kinda refreshed me from yesterday's workout. I kept each set in a second or less.

Yeah sometimes active recovery with light grippers and a little volume is just what the doctor ordered to get the kinks out and limber things up.

I struggled with OC for right hand but used more weight and felt better for left. Negatives are feeling better and getting easier I may go up in a week or two. From here on for a week or two I am going to do just OC and negatives and then try the SM and see how easy it is or the #3 and see how far I get that.

OC are getting easier even with more sets. I may have to up it again with left hand. Negatives were much easier and can almost hold #3 closed with right hand. Just felt like doing some reps with #2 after all that and still got a PR. Only thing is I think I left out a negative but no matter because 2 days I'll have to do 7 sets each.

Took a light day, nothing hard. Getting alot more consistant with SM already. The OC and negatives are already helping, I can tell within a few workout. Still can't get anything set in my left easy except for the ISG. Hit a big PR for reps with 7 more than last time on the #2. And 25 with #1 for left. Probably couldn't done 30. Just switching it up abit.

Going to try something out that I have created. Try it for a week or 2 and see how it goes. I believe that the way I have it planned I can get more volume into the week and make it easier on me. But we'll have to see. My hands were a little sore from helping Anson's dad move some floorboards but the sets felt good.

OUCH!!! First time with so much volume and it almost killed me. Negatives were easier. Especially the left. The new #2 I got is a beast. Got it from Chris on here and it is a 1992 and all steel. It is maybe a little less than my SM or even the same. Tommorow is more OC with even more sets. Hopefully I can get the job done.

Even with all the volume I uped the weight for left hand and had no promblems. The right hand is no promblem, I think I will file it and do OCs with that from now on. I will start to do 2 workouts so I can handle the volume without my hands bleeding. I had to tape them this time. LOL Negatives tommorow with. . . no telling how many sets.

Stopped with the hammer curls considering that I had to do grippers later and bench tommorow. Pretty good workout with grippers but starting to feel burnt out. I am trying to decide to continue with this or stop and take some rest. Dedcided to do some reps and got the #1 70 times! Really suprised with this, but I was only opening it up a small amount. But I heard the click of every rep. If I do continue with this volume I'll end up doing another 10 sets of negatives and end up editing this post later.
