Wow I'm still terrible sore from mondays training and the bit lumberjacking on tuesday.

Yesterday an easy gym session.

Lat Pulldowns

3@10x25kg, was very painful to stretch the pecs hence the reps

10x30,35,40,45,50,55,60,65,70,75,80,85,90kg

+ DB Biceps Scott Curls

sth like

10x10kg, 12.5kg, 15kg, 17.5kg, 20kg lefty

10x10kg, 12.5kg, 15kg, 20kg, 22.5kg

+3x30kg righty

Puh, my back hurts - from doing partial squats with 195kg on my brand new Buffalo bar. And it hurts from sitting too long at Flos latest armwrestling contest. Was happy to get out of the competition hall to walk a bit, putting my InchDB out of the car to see Silvan Bieli (Swiss) give it some serious airtime with and without thumb! Unbelievable...

Puh, my back hurts - from doing partial squats with 195kg on my brand new Buffalo bar. And it hurts from sitting too long at Flos latest armwrestling contest. Was happy to get out of the competition hall to walk a bit, putting my InchDB out of the car to see Silvan Bieli (Swiss) give it some serious airtime with and without thumb! Unbelievable...

stopped the 2nd set, felt tired here.

Session stopped.

Started coughing after the 1st set so there might be a cold approaching.

I still reached my goal for todays workout, next one I'll shoot for 5x200.

Flo, no grip training besides some grippers and wrists occasionally.

Focussing currently on the gym training, progressing looks good there.

Bench

Goal was 30reps in 6 sets on 105kg, I got 29:8,5,4,4,4,4 :angry:

I still totally suck in the endurance, my buddy got 6x4 reps on 105kg.

+lots of triceps works (DB press, triceps PDs, narrow bench machine and on the bench)

+5 sets on the leg press, again full ROM on the machine (butt to heals) for DL assistance.

Wednesday another DL session is planned.

If everything goes fine I'll shoot for a triple of 210.

Gym session

Deadlifts didn't feel perfect but I still got a new PR, nice!

6x60kg

6x100kg

3x130kg

1x150kg

1x180kg

2x210kg, here I felt that I wasn't on, those reps felt harder than those of the 2nd last workout, no way to do the planned 3rd rep. :angry:

1x225kg PR and that was a really hard lift, had to fight all the way up :)

5x180kg

Afterwards different exercizes mainly unsorted:

Lat PD

100kg x 5,5,5,8

Bench

up to 2x120kg, felt a bit weak also ...

+Biceps Curls

+Calf Presses

That's a very interesting progress.

I think it was in March/April that the German DL champ signed in in your gym?

You improved a lot in a short timeframe, that's pretty cool.

Don't stop now and you hit the 250 eeeasily in 2K8! :D

man, you sure know how to keep the pressure on don't you?

I have 225 kg scheduled in 2 weeks now. I think I am going to go for 226.25 :)

Well,

I ordered an Galaxy @WWFitness but they sent a Super Galaxy. :trout

Tried to Chest Crush it cold but my shoulders started to crack BEFORE the handles moved.
