PeterSweden Posted December 13, 2012 Share Posted December 13, 2012 Sorry for interrupting your log again, I have a question Im thinking I might do what you suggested in your blog on clamped grippers. week1, 5 attempts with a choker and then 3-5 overcrushes with a lighter gripper. Week2 I will do 5 attempts on my goalgrippers with cheatclose and hold/neg and then maybe some babyclicks on a lighter gripper. week3 will be like week1 and so forth. What do you think?
