JoshW
Reading about your and Anthonys bending has gotten me really excited about bending again. I dont think I should tho Peter, you have unfinished business with bending. You can cert Irongrip bars in doubles and any bastard you decide to chase in doubles in case you are worrying about hurting your hands again using singles! Anthony C.
Based on what I see from your overall body strength, if you can kink the bastard you shouldn't have any trouble finishing it. Try it fresh next time
JoshW
Anthony, recently I have been able to wobble some pretty heavy stock so my kink strength is getting stronger for sure! I struggle at the moment putting any decent power into the bar due to flexibility issues but it is getting better every time I bend. My plan is to order some J, K and L drill rod from Andrew in the next week or so and work on my kink strength. The sweep and crush are my strongest areas currently, sweeping and crushing down the 6" i drill rod recently was good fun. Thanks for checking out my progress brother.
