Douglas Carney Posted May 13 Author Share Posted May 13 York Legacy 115 – Broke Ground 05-12-2024 First time breaking my York Legacy 115 off the ground. It's felt glued to the ground up until today. Feeling optimistic about getting a good lift to lockout in the not too distant future. Think it has helped me to go back to basics and review some things @Jedd Johnson shared on The Grip Authority and his ebook, "Lift the Blob." This time it was two Bare Steel Equipment Micro Stack Weight Pins AND two Bare Steel Equipment Stubby Stack Weight Pins (58.05 lb total). I think the next step for the 105 is flipping it around so my thumb is on the bulging round side. I accidentally did that with the Pre-USA 90 the other day and still got it. Grip was fried a bit after thick bar pull, bize, and trize yesterday so the 115 barely broke the ground. Instead of waging war against it, I switched it up and went rounder/wider but a lot lighter (about half the weight).
