This week Been starting with my OAP training, and doing allot of high rep squats.

Managed to get down to a 40lb assistance band with the OAP work. So im no way near currently

Pulling some fatgripz deadlifts. Much stronger than expected seen as i have never really bothered with any thick implements before. 
almost 100 subs to…..

Thumbless gripper closes, and messing around with the wrist wrench.

plus pretty close to my 150kg Bench press goal

Keeping it really simple at the min. Grippers in between sets of squats, and deadlift warm ups with fatgripz.

plus plenty of bench pressing for upper body.

Finally hit a 150kg bench press, and managed to pull 135kg with the fatgripz.

2 PRs in one week. Feels good.

GRIP has been blowing up big time. Been crushing the #3 hassle free, and working on a credit card set. Plus loads of heavy pull ups and raw squatting.

Hand strength is really improving lately. Getting some consistent coc3 closes. Heres a shameless link to some of my training videos if anyone is interested.

Been focused on allot of basics lately. High rep SBD sets, as well as heavy pull ups and dips.

Nice man! What does your workout program looks like at the moment? When general strenght and when grip? Just curious😊

Im focusing on general strength mostly, while training grip as a sideline. I pull all my deadlift warmups with fatgripz etc, doing pull ups off towels. Usually do some grippers once a week.

been uploading allot of my training on my YouTube though if you fancy checking it out.

Running a Killer overhead press and deadlift phase at the moment. Grip wise im building up to 10x10 fatgripz pull ups in under 10 mins. I dare you all to try it 😂😂
