Thanks guys. Been setting myself a few grip goals.  I have been after 500lb double overs for a few months, so I guess I can check that off my list. 
Next though is the dreaded COC#3. 

Gonna be posting on YT whenever I can to keep track of progress. Any advice I will gladly accept haha

Nice. A 500lbs deadlift is awesome especially DOH. 
What other grip goals do you have? 
I am also chasing the coc 3 cert hopefully get it done in 2022.

I have met a couple of goals. 230kg double overs, and 50kg on the wrist wrench. 
But I think pulling a 140kg fat grip deadlift is the main goal now. Seems impossible currently haha

A little update. Been focused on chin ups and overhead presses.

Got a little sick of bench pressing over xmas, so I have dropped it for a few weeks in favour of shoulder and back work. 
I would love a double body weight pull up, but tbh I think its outta my league 🥲

Did a few sets of muscle ups last night.  They provide an excellent forearm pump.

Making it a goal to get 10 in a row

Did a bit of gripper training while I cooked my tea. Managed a top set of  10 reps with the #2 coc right handed, and 7 on the left

Did some double overhand deadlifts today with 200kg. Hands are currently still burning 🥵

More callisthenics work. The Pieces are starting to come together. 
Might consider some one arm pull up training again 💪

Really working my hook grip today. Pulled 230kg - 5x4.

getting pretty close with my #3 gripper. I reckon im about 1cm away fr a close 🤔

Yeah my thumbs are still burning haha! 
my reps look allot cleaner like this though so im gonna keep using it. Plus mixed grip was starting to get a little uncomfortable for me

Think its time to get some thumb tape. My thumbs felt like they were about to disintegrate by the end of this training session

Been a pretty great week. Been Close to maxing out on most lifts, so now its to to strip it back for a bit and work on some reps.

I will try for a front squat and deadlift PR first though 💪💪

got a couple more videos on my YouTube channel which i cba to copy and paste here…. Not fishing for subs or anything, cuz im not bothered about stuff like that. But they are there if interested

Been Working on blowing my bench up a bit lately, Plus allot of pull ups and assisted and negative OAC reps, in the last few weeks

Some heavy weighted pull ups. Worked up to 70kg. 77% Bw so I may get that OAP one day
