I have been after 500lb double overs for a few months, so I guess I can check that off my list. Next though is the dreaded COC#3. Gonna be posting on YT whenever I can to keep track of progress. Got a little sick of bench pressing over xmas, so I have dropped it for a few weeks in favour of shoulder and back work. I will try for a front squat and deadlift PR first though got a couple more videos on my YouTube channel which i cba to copy and paste here….
