Mm2, Coc 3 Cert, And Armwrestling

Did a 6 k run this morning. Later in the day I did some AW practice. Still incredibly sore from the last arm wrestling session two days ago so I didn't go 100 %.

Did 32 pullups for a max rep set on an outdoor bar. That's a PR in spite of my arms being completely trashed from doing two arm wrestling sessions the past 3 days. I think if I do this fresh in a gym setting, I might get close to 35 pullups in a single set. That'd be pretty freakin' cool!
