First time in awhile I had no wrist pain doing CCS. I attribute this to daily powerball work.

Been in Minnesota for a week, no time for training till now

6/7

Did a WSH mock contest with Chris and Kong. At my in laws house though so limited equipment

Meathooks

380 - we all got this but we ran out of room on the bar for weights. Only had standard size 25s and below

2 hand pinch

175 - on 2 super slick painted 25s with a 6 foot bar through them

Rear pick Axe used a 10lb sledge

Easy 26" lift and a 28" that was iffy if I got it high enough

Stub hold

Got a couple mms of air with 42lbs

9 seconds with 35lbs

2" Vbar this is a new one I just made with 2" OD DOM tubing. Very slick right now so lifts should shoot up each time just from seasoning

In the past I've done 225 on a pipe v bar and 215 on a FBBC in competition

Worked up to 186

156x3,3,3,8
