Overall wrist pain getting better so in going to take a little more time off grippers Stub hold 26.5lbsx 18,12 50lb blob singles throught upper body workout, didn't count Powerball work for wrist. At my in laws house though so limited equipment Meathooks 380 - we all got this but we ran out of room on the bar for weights.
