My hands are really feeling it from KTA.  Grabbing the bar on bench was painful, and definitely limited me on my top sets.  Instead of going for 3 reps on the 255 and 295, and making another attempt at 305-15, I went for 2 and passed on the last.

I haven't done reverse band squats in awhile, and they felt OK.  I used my average bands and wasn't getting much tension, due to the slack.  Lost just about all of the tension about half way up, so it turned into a pretty good challenge rep for the 425, as the awkwardness at the bottom, with the band rotation threw me off a little.  But, the pop from the band was enough to get me out of the hole.  I just need to spend a little more time getting the bands set up correctly.

On my top attempt during KTA, I was able to close my RB 280N gripper (RGC 136).  Missed it on the first attempt and then got a decent close on the second.  I've only been able to close this gripper a couple of times ever.  :D

Overall, feeling pretty run-down.  The 190 standing press attempt was pretty weak.  Regrouped and tried 185 a few minutes later, and got about half-way up, but couldn't lock it out.  (These are strict presses, with very minimal lean or momentum.)  Pressing with the axle seems to be easier on my hands while doing KTA.

I made two attempts at my #3 and one of them was super-close.  I think it was .5mm from touching, but it was right there.  The second attempt was about 1-2 mm from closing.

The Hub felt super-strong today!  This might be a direct result of all of the TTK work I have been doing during KTA?

My hands were really hurting today.  It was tough to get a good grip on the bar for bench, which affected my set-up some.  Same thing with barbell presses.  The 185 miss was most likely due to not gripping the bar hard enough/getting tight.

I was hoping to get a solid attempt on my easy #3 today, but it wasn't happening.  Everything, including squats felt pretty weak.  I was able to get through my reps, but nothing was explosive, including grippers.

I got the 190 up on standing press, but it was sloppy, and not 100% locked out.  Benching with the axle felt a lot better on my hands then the 1" bar.

I haven't spent much time with the Pinch Block lately and it felt pretty awkward.  Just couldn't get a solid grip on it.  This was the first time I have used Fat Gripz on my dumbbells and it was pretty cool.  Definitely got a good forearm pump.

:D First time in probably 10 years ? I have squatted 400lbs. raw, without wraps!  I was going to video it, but didn't want to make it a bigger deal then it was, which it isn't.  (All-time raw PR is 455.)  But, with all of the knee issues I've had over the years, and then the move to more geared competition, I didn't think I would ever get back to having a 400+ lb. raw (sleeves) squat, especially as the years move on.  The next step will be 405, and then I will start working light wraps back in a little more, to better protect my knees.
