Carl, throw in some holds for pinch, and maybe some swings/mini reps at thin widths. I can almost guarantee you'll break out some new pinch PRs

Thanks for the suggestions! I will definitely try swings ... never thought of that. This thing can get pretty frustrating.

I have been messing around with different ways to prep the Euro, and finally figured something out, with the surface, in what works OK for me. The final attempt at 65 felt like 40 for me today! I also took in the width a little from my usual 46mm.

I'm still doing most of my lifting at a commercial gym (after the move), which has been tough. My bench is still down (prob. 20lbs. on max). The place I've been going to is OK, but has thicker bars ... no power bars and slippery benches, which has really messed me up. I can't wait until I am able to start training on my own again!

I ended up busting a blood vessel in my eye too on the last set of bench (Sling Shot).

I'm hoping to! We moved this past month, and things are finally getting back to "normal." But my training took a hit, and lifts all-around are down about 5-10% across the board. I'm planning on getting some work in, and see how things fall with everything else. I'd love to compete though. If I do, it'd probably be at Jedd's, though I saw one in Ohio that isn't too far from me. Not sure if that one is still on or how many people would be competing. Are you going to be competing?

Congrats on a successful move bro! Yes sir I'll be competing at chez's venue, we'll miss you that day! My lifts have also taken a hit as I started a new job and the hours are wacky. Ahh, such is life lol.
