Buccos1
Sat (7/5) 1-hand Pinch (1x3) 45 (1x1) 65 (1x1) 70 (1x0) 72.5 you are now pinching as much as me 1 handed. Probably not! Lol. Normally, I put the "Euro" but didn't here. This was with the Euro at a slightly wider grip ... Got some more inserts from Jedd. I've tried pinching 35s and got a bump but haven't been able to get them up. I have the thicker Cap plates from G and G Fitness though. I'm hoping with dedicated work on the 1-hand Euro, to get 80 by the fall.

Thanks man. Right now, 1HP feels a little better than 2 hand. But I haven't been doing it long enough to really know. It is a blast doing this stuff though! I haven't spent much time with it lately, but remember not having too much trouble with 210-215 these past few months. Today, I had to reset my grip several times before getting it. By the time I got around to axle, my fingers were screaming from the DU bends, so I didn't attempt anything much more.

Buccos1
Do you have any competitions on the horizon? I'm definitely doing the NY Grip Throwdown, and hopefully King Kong this year. As far as powerlifting comps go, I might do a bench-only 100% RAW comp and hopefully a full-meet before the year's out.

barbe705
if you have a chance to go past that ghp in terms of weight but, a different brand, go for it. the ghp's are wider and stiffer.

I think I am right around 120 with the 20mm block, so it should be close with the SMs.

How was your back on the drive home LOL Thanks bro! It was rough. LOL I left just after 5 and got back around 12:30. I kept moving the seat in different positions every 10 minutes ... Chez
Hey bud. I'm not sure if you have seen this, but its the absolute best video to watch to learn how to set a gripper.
Buccos1
Thanks man! I did watch it a year-or-so back, but kinda forgot about it. As I recall, it helped me a little with hand position the first time I saw it. I'm gonna watch it a few more times now and I bet I pick up on some different things (especially being at a different point with grippers now as opposed to then). As such, things are feeling completely off, with me fumbling around with angles and positioning. I have a lot of work to do it seems if I am going to be able to successfully change my set.
