Tuesday

Grippers:

#2- 2 sets ( Left: 1, 0 / Right: 0, 0)

#1- 1 set ( Left: 6 / Right: 5)

Rolling Thunder- 2 sets for time with 115 lbs. ( Left: 17, 10 secs. / Right: 17, 11 secs.)

My grip was shit today with the grippers. My hands were raw prior to the grippers because I had just finished a set with 500 lbs. in the deadlift. I'm pretty pissed but what can you do.

Rolling Thunder- 2 sets for time with 115 lbs. ( Left: 17, 11 secs. / Right: 15, 11 secs. )

I took a week off from all lifting activities. I wanted to be completely rested up for my powerlifting routine that I'll keep up for 8 weeks. It's looks like a little time off for my hands was great. I was surprised to get a rep with the #2 with my right hand.

Tuesday 5/04/04

#1- sets ( Left: 11, 7 / Right: 10, 4 )

Rolling Thunder- 2 sets for time with 125 lbs. ( Left: 8, 9 secs. / Right: 10, 9 secs.)

Deadlifting seems to have a negative impact on my crush grip when using near max attempts.

Thursday 5/06/04

Grippers:

#2- 2 sets (Left: 3, 2 / Right: 1, 0)

Plate pinches: held for time with 52.5 lbs. ( Left: 4 secs. / right: 8, 8 secs.)

50lbs. for time- 6 secs. left.

I made a 15 lb. PR on the RT today. I was shocked as hell to say the least that I made this much progress on it. There will be no training this Thursday because I am hoping to make the michigan grip contest that Lipinski is holding this weekend. Wish me luck!!
